Handed over charge to other staff when on leave. FIR filed against me

I was a Controller of Examinations and was on leave on 30-5-2011 on th edate of exam and the said exam paper was not typed and was not n my custody. I handed over charge to other staff as per written communications.The paper got leaked and Principal filed FIR and wrote my name as accused. case is gong on under http://ecourts.gov.in/services/cases/o_civil_case_history.php?case_no=200109017472011&frmActi please guide
First of all, you should given that written communication to the Controller of Examinations. Further your query is silent on the fact that under which section the FIR was filed . We suggest you should apply for bail and defend the case
