Had relationship with a woman threatening to file a false case

I'm married for 1 year. 3 years back I had an affair with a woman who is separated from her husband living alone. I never promised her to marry. But we are in physically intimate during those times. Since 2 years, I never contacted her. But now for some reason she is posting one photo where me and her standing together and threatening that she will complain police. She is 5 years elder than me and have 10 years old kid. I lied her during separation on my health since during those time she continuously gave mental torture that she will commit suicide.
apart from the photographs does she have anything else belonging to you, were you both staying together (live-in) relationship. If no, then no need to worry she is only threatening you so you make a false move and she can get proper evidence, ignore her calls or threats and act very normal. Block her number henceforth, do not send any messages from your number or make calls from your mobile. It is better now to ignore her and move on with your life.

If she has credible evidence then only you can be sued. Please let me know, where she posted the photo in terms to threaten you. No idea what is her demand in this regard.
