I was arrested and prosecuted for criminal case under section 323,324 and 34. Got bail for court on same day. the case was in court for nearly two years. NBWs were issued once for not attending hearing. Later on withdrawn. during the course of trail, compromised with the complainant and approached court for disposal. After hearing the court declared me acquitted due to comprise between complainant and accused. I want to join government service. In any case you have to mention in the form that you were prosecuted for the said charges even if u got bail after that. It is on the discretion of the department u are applying for to consider your case and if they believe that u deem fit for the job after that.  In case u can narrate your case during the interview but false information will show malafide intentions from the start.
