Dear client if f i r is registered against u then u have to file for bail petition in court. If f i r is yet not registered then if police call u for investigation then cooprate then. Tell them u try to file missing and also visited to girls family. U can show the village panchanama to pilice that girls family accept the money. For detail discussion call me

HI,

The matter is slightly serious and requires a detailed discussion as the facts are unclear from your post. Firstly, where has she lodged the complaint for kidnapping etc. And will need to know much more information before any advice can be given. But please copies of everything you have filed/done after her disappearance properly.

Kind Regards,
Kushal

First of all you were negligent....how come you can be so linient that child went missing and you did not inform police.

First thing file missing complaint. And then FIR registered for abduction or kidnapping..

Local village panchanama would not help you run away from you responsibility.
