Girl threatening me to file false case against me asking to marry

I have recently got married before that I was in sexual relation with a girl. She don't know that I got marriage from one week she was harassing me to marry her or else she will take legal action on me. Her caste is SC and my caste is Bc. She telling u used me now even though I marry another boy he will know that I lost my virginity with me. But sir I surely can tell before our first day intercourse I noticed that she is not Virgin. So tell me what is my position now. I'm from hyderabad.
From your mail, it appears that you were in sexual relationship with a Girl and thereafter got married to some other girl.
In these kind of cases, it is good to let the girl know that you are a married man now and apologize for past mistakes for yours.
However as a lawyer i will advise that the question of Virginity is not the criteria, but the fact of sexual relationship is a criteria in such cases.
the options available to you are
a) Let the Girl know that you are married (she will scold you, abuse you and threaten you), but the fact remains that she will get to know that you are married now and she getting married to you will not happen in near future. OR
b) Wait for the Girl to file a a criminal complaint against you and you can react legally thereafter .
