Girl returns home after 20 days whether this will have legal effect

If a girl is missing and complain is filed and she has boy friend and after a few days she go home and she says she was somewhere else at her will what will be the criteria in indian law?
First of all i have to tell you that the query that have been posed by you is without a lot of information. first of all the age of the girl is of utmost importance. without the information of the girls age it is almost impossible to give you a correct answer. secondly the age of the boy will be also of equal importance and only when the age of both the boy and girl is known can a proper advice be given. further information is also required as to where the complaint is being filed. if it is registered as an FIR then we have to see the sections and if it is registered as a complaint case before the magistrate lot of other things have to be looked. So it would be better that all the details are given to get the right advice
