Girl friend threatening to file false accusation

One of my friend is threatening me that she will file a case against me.we broke up 2 years ago and it was a long distance relationship.i was not sexually involved and she is a virgin.
You lodge report against her and if she is giving threat either on social site or by sms place it before police authority . This step you will have to take to save yourself. Otherwise on her report Police authority may arrest you without investigation

You have not specified what type of threats she is intending to level against you and what type of case she may file and that two after your broke up 2 year back. Further is any type of mails, whatapp or message regarding threats are exchanged u can use it and file a complaint against her to local police station in order to safeguard yourself . As far as sexually involved and virginity are concern u have not specified to what extent your relationship had been.So i think u should contact a legal expert and discussion the issue personally and find a solution for such threats or amicable settlement with her.

Save the msgs email wherein she is threatening you. Try and get her to admit you'll have not had intercourse. Try and record it as well over phone call, etc. File a complaint of threat Incase you think she will really do it.
