Girl filed a case against me under promise to marry what can I do

A girl in women commission lodge a complaint that i was in living relationship with her at kochi .
and i promised her of marriage 0n 27 jan i atteneded hearing at commission they said that i have two options either to marry her girl or get dna test done ..but i was in live in relation with her
was not in relation. he commission without investigation and inquiry send a letter to my office to give 50 percent of my salary to that girl need ur Advice
Drar client if u really never make physical relation with her then need not to be worry. Apply for anticipatory bail in district court. Because if commission refer yr matter to police then police will file f i r against u. For any legal help call me
