Hi
Yes you can provided you are willing to come out in the open and disclose the relationship.
You can file cases of cheating u/s420 of IPC for the money(1 lakh cash and 2 credit cards 1.7 lakhs) you have lost to her
Hope this helps.

You can approach your jurisdictional police and lodge a complaint and thereafter register an FIR against the girl for the offence of cheating. Also, if you have documentary proof to show that you gave such said amount of money to her, you can also file a suit for money recovery and recover the money from her.

I do understand your mental agony but there is nothing much you can do about consensual sex you had resulting STD. You can try to recover the money she used without your knowledge which consider to be fraud. If you have enough evidence to prove that she fraudulently used your credit cards without your knowledge then you can initiate legal process by sending legal notice to her to recovery of debt. I advise you to contact a competent advocate in your area to explore more options and to start the proceedings. Remember mere query will not give you all options; taking consultation with advocate may open more legal avenues to exercise. Good Luck.
