Girl blackmailing to marry what legal remedies do I have

My brother had relation with a girl now she is threatening him to marry or else she will file rape case against him. Please let me know what can we do in such case
The rape law is attracted in even sex with consent on promise to marry. So in the circumstances you try to settle the matter with her. Else on her threatening you can even go for pre arrest notice for which you have to file anticipatory bail application.

Now it is up to you to disprove it because as per law in rape case if physical relationship is proved then burdon of regarding consent is on accused otherwise presumption is in favour of women.
