Girl accusing of sexual harassment when everything was consensual

Girl and guy both are drunk at a party invited by others If girl is physically intimate in public place(that is in party) with a guy(like sited on his lap for quite some time and her head on his chest for quite some time and have witness for these seen) .after that they went to some place where they again close to each others (kiss happened ) ..girls was saying next day that it was forcefully in that place and denying the fact which happened in the party and guy is saying that it was mutual ..(no witness at that place)..then wht should suggestion for a guy ?? he accepted in one judiciar that kiss happened but it was consensual.. how much strong her case ??
Basically girls part may be much stronger in such cases especially when you have no eye witness.You only have to work hard to proof yourself sexual intercourse is not done will be stronger part for you.Bet no issue your case need little more clarifications wether both are drunk how far you both were familiar to each other etc.these points can go with you nowadays all restaurant and pubs have cctv footage that can proof your innocent

in all such cases, burden of proof is on the accused person. when a complaint is made by a girl, prima facie it is deemed to be a correct incidence and police act in accordance to the story narrated by the girl or female.
