Girl accused foreigner in false rape case & does not attend hearings

I have a foreigner friend and he is in India since 7 years almost ! His gf booked a false rape case on him and still the case is going on....! She never ever cake to the city since she booked case on him ....my friend goes every month to court to sign his presence ..He is home sick as he didn't see his mom since 6 years . Will there be a way for him to end this case and go to country ? He hired many lawyers but all betrayed him for money
