Gave money to a baba to get back my gf he did fraud

sir, I had paid a baba 5000rs. to bring my gf back to me as she left me but i wanted to marry her ...he said he will do vashikaran n will bring me her back...now my ques. is if i lodge a complaint against that baba will i also b punishable ?? have i also committed any offence .??? is dere any criminal or civil punishment for ME ???

you can lodge FIR against this baba. Put the word in this manner that baba promise you that he will remove the misunderstanding between my girl friend and I and my Girl friend will come back. but on the account of solve my problem this baba took Rs. 5000/- and do nothing.
