Hello Sir, My Name Vijayakumar, I was reviewed my previous company in Google Reviews. In any case it a legal problem to me ?.
It is their prerogative to check on you ,through all available sources, when u have perfect record there is no need to worry, even then if you have certain issues which remains unresolved, the same will be referred to you and you can reply suitably. Yes it is legal to have back check on all candidates, no harm in that, If the google reviews are defamatory, you can sue the concerned person who had made it.
