Future consequences of court fine U/S 185 of MV Act

I was caught by traffic police hyderabad for drunk driving. My BAC was 48, court challan was issued. next day i appeared in front of city magistrate paid Rs 2000 court fine and got my vehicle scooty back. Will this offence appear in my criminal police record. I am preparing for civil services. During character and antecedents police check will my appointment in civil services will be rejected based on this offence. I need urgent help regarding this matter. Should i hide or disclose this offence in attestation form for police verification.

Hi.
No need to worry on this offence. Once you paid the fees the story is over. This is a petty offence. No need to mention this in ur civil service application. This case will have no bearing on your upsc selection. Be at peace and study well for your exam/interview
