Hi,

Lodge an FIR against your friend that he took your apple i6 and did not return. claim as its your cell phone. got a duplicate bill.

One of My friend purchased 2 apple I6 phone from my credit cards now he is denying to pay the due amount. he agreed to pay the credit cards dues on time but after so many back fourth he is not paying the amount. please help me. looking forward for your kind reply.

As per law , you are responsible to pay debt. I would suggest you to take cheques from him and ensure that he signed over it properly. Deposite a cheque before the bank when the cheque is dishonoured who can approach the court. By filing case against him under section 138 NI Act. You can also file a case for recovery. Plan accordingly. This is the only way to take you money back. Otherwise without any legal document no court can help you out. All the best.

You can send him a legal notice with the help of an advocate, if still he does not pay you back you can register a complaint against him through court. if the mobile set bill is in your name then you can also register a complaint with police.
