Friend pressurised to commit suicide in 2004 can I file case now

before 12 year my girl friend pressurised me to me thats why i attempted suicide in 4 frb 2004.i was in ICU for 9 days.is it possible to file a case against her?
A case for abetment could be filed and the action could be taken back legally for any other further information please contact me on my number and sure all assistance would be given properly.legally you have the right for any wrong done against you
