Friend entangled in non bailable case what can be done

one of my friend works in sbi and he got involved in a case which is non bailable.someone took a huge amount of money from his id without his concern and now he is the one who is been suspected.the case is casted by the gov against him.can you please consult how to get him out of it he belongs to hindu religion
it is difficult to advice without knowing all the facts. first of all i need to know whether an fir has been registered. secondly which police station the fir has been registered. thirdly the sections under which the fir has been registered, would determine the chances of bail and finally what would be the things admissible before law which would be in our favour for granting of bail before the appropriate court.
