You can opt for filling a petition for quashment of charges before hon'ble high court. Based on the facts, it seems easy to prove the innocence of the lady before court as the monetary loss has been paid in full by the main accused. Contact your advocate for detail.

TWO OPTIONS AVAILABLE (1) TO KNOCK THE DOORS OF HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA BY FILLING SLP, OR (2) SURRENDER BEFORE THE COURT/ POLICE STATION, AS THE CASE MAY AND OBTAIN A REGULAR BAIL. UNDER RULE 3 OF THE CIVIL SERVICES (CONDUCT) RULES 1966 THE LADY TEACHER HAD VIOLATED DEVOTION TO DUTY THEREFORE SHE IS RESPONSIBLE ALSO FOR DEPARTMENTAL PROCEEDINGS

I'm not clear on the point that Hon'ble High court has granted the bail to the lady after rejected the anticipatory bail or not, I think there is some typical mistake in your enquiry.
If already granted bail then you should file a case under section 482 of criminal procedure code before the Hon'ble High court for queshment of F.I.R. otherwise will have to face the long trial and if have not granted bail then first you should file second anticipatory bail and after granting bail should file the case under section 482 of criminal procedure code for queshment of F.I.R.
