Fraud by partner cum landlord what to do

I started a school in partnership with my landlady. She decieved me and stole all the agreement papers and bank documents ànd tortured me to leave. What shall I do?
file a complaint against her with the police and get a FIR registered under the relevant sections of Indian Penal Code. you need to have proof that the act is committed by your landlady only and no one else. if the police refuses to file a FIR then you can file another complaint with DCP
