Fraud by nigerian arrested how to recover my money

Rupees 80 Laks cheated by Nigerians through bank transactions funds collected from me saying supply of Herbal Product called "Benevola" . All Nigerians arrested & jailed on 3rd March 16. Committed the crime and they said all money transferred to Nigeria , Police said difficult to get money back, As per laws for this country whether money can be brought back or not? Through banks by fake accounts money is collected from me. Whether bail for them can be stopped? Can it possible to recover money from them before leave this country? Whether Nigerian laws will per permit to money back?
