Fraud by my cousin FIR lodged how to end this case

My cousion has done mistake he has done fraud from one couriour company. he purshased a mobile of 40k after that as couriour recieved he tried to admit fraud with he changed the mobile instally without knowing couriour boy. after few hours couriour boy came with his team and attack harshly then they recorved the mobile. and then file a FIR againint it. he was in custody of two days after that he get a bailed now what he should do. now he get a called from police station that come to station we have file a chaargesheet. now what

You can apply for quashing of charge sheet in the relevant court

Taking into consideration the above facts. In order to end this case. You need to fight out the case in the courts and prove to the court via enagaging an advocate that your brother is not guilty. After the trial of the court. The possible end of the case is that the judge will take the step against your bother in thee following way:
a. Acquittal ( Your brother will be left by the courts as not committed crime)
b. Conviction ( your brother will be sentenced by the court for the crime committed according to the sections charged in the case)

If you are on bail.. then go to police station.. tell him your story.. let them for charge sheet... further your Advocate will get a chance to prove your innocence in the case. you can go without fear as they won't arrest you..
