Fraud by a partner in partnership no agreement

Dear sir Mere father ne hamare family member ke sath 30 saal pehle ek partnership business suru kiya tha aaj wo business acha chal gaya lakin family member hone ki wajhe se koi legal document sign nahi kiye partnership se releted lakin ab wo cheat kar rahe h ab aap bateye hum kya kaanonni kaarwai kar sakte h apne business ka hissa lene k liye.. In whose name this Business is registered. I mean there will be VAT Registration, Shops & Establishment License, Bank Account of Business etc. so in whose name all this stands. you mentioned family member, then is this is a HUF Business ? Was there any initial investment / contribution etc.
