Fraud and cheating by company

One company brought some project..from Ministry of family well fare and election commission..Later in RTI we got know that the no such project awarded such company.. Now all over india they are charging 20rs from house holds and huge consultancy from district coordinators which they are appointing... What we do agaist this people? Can we file 420 etc or any non billable case?

But, to make out a criminal case, you will have to produce the supporting evidences and proofs to Police so as to make the Police take action.
