Forgery by a partner what action can I take

Partnership Business with three partners, registered, difference of opinion between partners Arbitrator appointed only one partner present and the representatives of the other two partners present but this was not made legal. settled the dispute one partner who was present signed along with arbitrator and the third partners husband who was present at the time of arbitration send the deed of release through email to the arbitrator and arbitrator forwarded to my husband who was present. Difference of opinion is one partner started a bank account by forged documents in his name alone and diverted

you can file a criminal case against the partner for forgery. Either you can lodge a complaint to the concerned police station or move a case against the partner before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court on your locality.

From the question it is not clear how the forgery committed by other partner...if any type of forgery that is whether thf signature forged or any document forged you can file criminal complaint before the police or before the court allleging offences under section 467, 468, 471 IPC...

what is your question ?
civil disputes arising from partnership relationship can be a subject of arbitration.
arbitration proceedings are binding on all parties to the arbitration irrespective of whether they sign it or not . a deed of release with respect to immovable property is to be registered.
forging documents and opening bank accounts , diverting funds are criminal offences.
