Query 9347.I am waiting for Lawrato's precious advise."Hon'ble Chaitman-cum-Jr Civil Judge accepted xerox copy of Govt house allotment Official's Document produced by Oponent(driver)s Lawyer.As per Judge'orders PetitionerOwner inquired into the same&found that it is FORGED GOVT DOCUMENTS,Submited the same report to the Hon'ble Judge for Lawful action.But judge refused/requested.1)Accepting xerox/forged not wrong/crime?.2)Judge is also not involved into the crime?alongwith Lawyer Driver??.3)How to/Who will justify this?.4)Shall Hon'ble State Apex Court intervene?,to Justify the matter??.ADVICE.
First of all if the house belongs to govt then on the basis of allotment letter of government you easily proove the said facts.
Further, if the order is against you and you have allotment letter then you can approach the Hon'ble High Court.
Unless we review the order , we cannot advise you the grounds. We will have to examine the order to advise you further
