I am a foreign student in Bangalore under VTU .I have overstayed here for 3months till now , and I can't go to the FRRO they may give me an exit which I won't be able to come back soon and prepare and appear for my coming exams...I want to know if I over stay here for 9 months will it be a huge action like deport'' black exit '' ...or a fine with normal exit and I come by another visa to continue my course for 2 more years?

If you are staying in India without a valid Visa, we suggest that you should immediately contact your embassy and renew the Visa, orelse you can be deported any time. We also presume that you will also have to contact FRRO because they will only approve your Vissa
