Hi to everyone... First of all you have to challenge that order by fileing writ in Highcourt, don't be panic it's a just a complaint criminal case is registered,it in not yet proved,if you are intentionally involved in the above criminal case, there ends the matter ,if by mistake or by any false allegation on you,if you are sure about it just file writ petition in Highcourt as soon as possible, so that you will get some intrim relif I this case and after that file a quash in Highcourt if you have not involved in that ,but evidence is Mandatory to prove your innocence..

Need to know the nature of Charges filed in Charge sheet.
Generally police will do back ground verification and depending on gravity of charges will decide on selection
Need to know of the nature of charges and also the legal remedy adopted by you to clear your name.
Based on that we can advise on whether you should approach the Administrative tribunal or High court for getting a legal remedy.

as there is no case is registered you before the date of notification and the date of application you can apply for Central Administration Tribunal and if the case is registered against you prior to the date of application you are not eligible
