FIR registered against us but nothing happened is the case dismissed

Dear sir, I met an car accident on 18 th may 2016 when my car mate an accident with an another car. We were ok but 3 people sitting in other car had to admitted in hospital.next day they were released. Police himself lodged an fir against both the car as therr was no other people present under section 227/337/338/427. And did not mention any drivers name in fir. As even after 4 months i did not receive a single call from either police or other party or from court or from my lawyer. Here is some point. 1)all the victims in other car was very much local. 2) the person who was driving the other was more than 62 years old. 3)other party demanded 70 thousands rs after accident but we denied, till then since they did not call us. 4)my driver took anticipatory bail after 3 days of accident. 5) police released car after 10 days of accident. My question is how many more days i should wait for court notice or for call from police or is that case is dismissed?
