Sir criminal case FIR register and case was acquitted can I eligible for govt job u/ s 143 147 148 149 323 324 504 506 no horest no punishment case date 18/5/2014 acquit date 22/2/2015 According to SC no govt job to criminal case plz RU opinion
Whenever a criminal case is acquitted, it means that the allegations made were not proved and the allegations made against the accused stands vindicated. I do not understand your statement that "SC no govt job to criminal case" If your question is if you are eligible to take a government job or not, you are eligible

In this case ad you are declared innocent and hence you are eligible for govt job and there is no legal hurdle so, when you are acquitted then you are not a criminal so apply for the job no need to worry.

Already it was aquited right...?why you worry ...!dont worry your eligible person to get a govt job...basically In our law says can't consider the accused on basis of FIR only ofter the judgement will deside it ..but now your case is aquited right don't worry ...your 100% eligible
