F.I.R on someone who pursued two regular course simultaneously

25-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I appeared for the post of male nurse in government department and when the final merit list came out i was on the waiting list. Subsequently i came to know that one of the candidate who got selected pursued two regular course simultaneously. I did file RTI for the same and came to know that he pursued B.com from August 1999 to December 2002 through government college and from December 2001 to May 2005 he did General Nursing that to from Government college. Prior to B.com he completed 12th in 1999. During B.com he was in NCC so he got relaxation of attendance but that relaxation can be used to purse another degree isn't. I further came to know that he some how got hold of the original TC submitted during taking the admission in B.com and that TC he again used to take admission in General Nursing degree. Now i want to complain against him therefore kindly guide me how i can proceed and where to complaint and how.

Hello,

As per Tamil Nadu Educational Rules and procedures one cannot pursue two courses simultaneously.it will be an offence, when any one does so only by suppressing the fact about her or his study in another VARSITY / COLLEGE. FOR THIS ACT such a person shall be liable to be punished. PROPER FORM OF COMPLAINT WOULD BE SUFFICE TO PUT HIM IN PROBLEM. T o proceed further call me in my mobile

You can file the case against him to quash his appointment order and can get stay for his appointment. And you can ask the court to give the direction to consider your case on merit.if the hospital belongs to state Government you can file the case in high Court.
