FIR filed against me 5 years ago and is untraceable since then

03-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I had an FIR lodged against me about an year ago for IPC 506 and 509. The complainant is untraceable up until now and it's been confirmed from her parents that she doesn't live with her parents anymore from about 5 years. She left her house because she had a fight with her dad and lodged an FIR against her father. According to the police the girl is untraceable. I haven't got a notice from the court until now. What would be the conclusion of this false FIR against me.

Please share copy of the FIR,

As the FIR is pending, you may choose to file a Section 482 Petition before the concerned High Court for quashing of the FIR.

You may meet in person for further details.

unless you don't get any court or police summon to participate in investigation or trail you are not liable or accused in a case. It's a case where u are not a accused, if you have a fir no then you may further inquire from concerned court too.

In this case, nothing happened. You can go for court case against the False FIR by the girl as per the constitution of India. She abised, tortured, and harassed you in form or the other. It is pertinent to mention here that the matter is crystal clear and no danger for you.
