Filed cheating case against landlord for not returning money

We filed 420 cheating case filed in police station on April 21.2016 ... till no there is no progress... it is about land sale issue... as land lord taken half of the money from us but neither returning the money nor registering the land...police making it delay....please help me how can i make it fast even we submitted all evidences....

why should you approached police? how the police can justify you?
you should approach an advocate and file a suit for specific performance on your agreement against the land lord.
I think the police intentionally delaying the matter till expiry of limitation( for favoring the land lord).
better approach an advocate quick.
