Few people beat my brother and also filed a false case against him

Few people hit my brother and in return the filed the case that my brother was harassing their sister. They dragged my brother from our home and locked inside their home and beat him a lot. What can we do?
Dear owner .. please file a FIR in the nearest police station engage a lawyer.. such cases can be filled in the criminal assault nd battery along with evidence. Without the evidence such cases are poinless.

File first information report in local police station, get him medically examined and file writ for quashing of f.I.r against your brother. If the injury is grevious in nature mention it in f.I.r., you have to fight both the cases, if the case is fake then for quashing of first information report and other for getting him Justice.
