father was murdered port mortem report does not show any evidence

08-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)

Letter to CM: goo.gl/6dBQ7U Report: goo.gl/o3JiEP Hi, My father], an agriculture officer was found dead on 7th of February. Evidences highly suggest that it is a clear case of murder, however FIR has not been registered yet. http://tinyurl.com/hwpp57u http://tinyurl.com/jzzxcrf http://tinyurl.com/h4aouwo Post Mortem report raises more suspicion in the case. The face doesn’t look like a cyanosed/snake bitten face & clearly it has neither swelling nor wounds. What should I do?

Try lodging an FIR in police station.
if police doesnt lodge an FIR move an application under section 156(3) CrPC.

file the application along with post mortem report.
it would be much better if you meet an advocate along with your documents.
from perusal of the same he will be in position to advice you better.
