First of all talk to your lawyer. If this happening to you regularly then write a letter to law minister of your state and file a complaint against those police officer if you have any proof. If your advocate is not doing anything then change it.

The information which you have given regarding, previous issues related to police officials, this may help you in filing another bail application until and unless you have grounds of regular bail. I think you have applied for anticipatory bail which has been rejected by metropolitan magistrate so I advise you to file bail application after surrender. One more thing I would like to suggest that you should meet a local lawyer.

you can apply for bail before the sessions court. The sessions court has power to reverse the order of MM and to grant you bail. this can be done under section 439 CrPc . sessions court has more powers than the MM Court
