Father framed in illicit transfer of bank money

My father is a bank manager who has been framed in illisit transfer of banks money by hacking his id password.he got cleared off through department enquiry after facing six months of suspension.In the last hearing he was booked under 420,467,468,60b I.T act and denied bail in the second hearingbecause f the fact that he did not immediatly file the F.I.R and leaking his password.Even though he did that onhis senior's instruction.There were other two covicts booked under the same case out of 1 got bail 2 days back.Now looking for a bail from high court.Please suggest me on all the possibilities.

Without looking at the documents, it would be slightly improper to advice exactly, but merely by going what you have stated, it looks like a good case.
There are 3 possibilities, first, the Court grants bail on the 1st date itself, or calls for a counter affidavit/reply from the prosecution, which takes some time and third, the bail gets rejected. But rejection on the 1st date is very rare.
In the Allahabad High Court, an advance notice of 10 days is required to be given, so by any stretch, the bail cannot be argued before 2 weeks from the date of notice.
For proper advice, perusal of the documents is necessary

In order to know the case of the other two bailed accused we need to see the papers of their case, role assigned to them in the FIR etc. Considering the result of departmental enquiry bail shall be granted and even the trial shall be over in acquittal.

Just don't wait for anyone and move to High court fir bail as other are getting it.

You have a very good case for bail your father Will get bail immediately most likely as per your facts.

Just approach high court a d get the bail order for your father.
