my father was caught in drunk and drive case with my vehicle near to my house they are take my vehicle there custody is it any legal ?
It is not correct giving vehicle to the person who is influenced with alcohol,
It doesn't mean that the police can detain your vehicle from long time you can collect your vehicle from the Police Station.
