You should immediately file a writ petition for direction of writ of mandamus before high court for seeking appropriate relief.
You may pray for issuance of direction for not to harass the parents of absconder father.

Appropriate directions may be issued to the Police authority that they can take statements of parents but should conduct fair and impartial investigation and should not harass the parents.

Sir in response to your query I would like to tell you to file a complaint against the concerned police authority regarding threatening of you to grope you in false case, even if police lodged case against you under section 216, it's harbouring of offender, though they have to prove this beyond reasonable doubt, and even they won't automatically arrest you in view of section 41 crpc

Presuming that neither you nor your grand parents are not helping your accused father with an intention of preventing him from being apprehended then you and your grand parents can give in writing to the investigating officer that you are unaware about the whereabouts of your father and are not having any communication with him. You can aslo give an application before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction of the case. If your stand is genuine you can even file a complaint against the Investigating officer if he does anything which is beyond the scope of law. Legally he cannot harass you and your grandparents.

Sir, if you are not wanted in any case and if you have not committed any offence you need not be worried about it, two courses are open to you, first you may move a complaint to S.P. of the concerned district, second you can file a writ to the Hon'ble High Court for issuance of a direction that the authorities concerned may refrain from harassing you. In my opinion the suitable way is to seek thge indulgence of the Hon'ble Court as aforesaid.
