Family member fled away what will the police do to us no bail granted

Suppose someone in my family has not been given a bail and he has fled away.If the police comes for him in our house What can they do to us???can they torture us???

Process u/s 82 will be issued and he will be proclaimed absconder thereafter process u/s 83, property may be attached.
Normally, if a person fails to appear before the court even after being served a summons, the court issues a warrant of arrest. However, if the person absconds to avoid the arrest, the drastic step of Proclamation for Persons Absconding needs to be taken, which is described in Section 82..

none of the family members can be harassed/ tortured in any manner by the police authorities in the garb of seeking information about accused person.
If the process under the due course of law has been issued against accused person then in that event the police are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law but again no family member can be tortured for the reason whatsoever.

IF SOME OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER FLED AWAY THEN IN THAT CASE POLICE MAY TORTURE YOU AND THE SAME ACT DON'T COME IN ANY RECORD BUT THERE ARE SOME REMEDIES MAY HELP YOU FROM THE TORTURE OF POLICE AND ONLY YOU HAVE TO DO SOME PAPER WORK
