Falsely accused case pending in lower court what can I do

Hi... I am going through a court trial under railway act 143 where complainant is RPF officer on the basis of confessional statement by other accused.I am totally falsely implicated due to some personal fight with an RPF officer. It has been more than 4.5 years the case is pending and now more than "20" dates passed on charge without any advancement and total 50+ dates passed. No proper evidences have been produced against me by RPF in court. I have already tried to file an quash in high court but it has been dismissed. . Should i complaint to high court for current proceeding trial in lower

It is very unfortunate but that is the reality of the Indian legal system and the Courts of law. The obvious course of action in such a scenario is to file a quashing petition however that remedy stands exhausted for you. You Could either take it to the Supreme Court or the other alternative is to file a petition in the High Court seeking direction for conduct of a fair and speedy trial which is guaranteed by the Indian Constitution. You can have a the time frame fixed in which the trial Court will have to dispose of the matter.
