My brother in law committed suicide. After the death of my sister, he got a second married, now the second wife submit a false suicide note against me and a case against me on ipc 306,though we have no connection with my brother in law after the death of my sister, how can I get relief from it?
MY OPINION THAT i have follow your story, i think that if the case is false,have no merits, than you should move to quash this application at the competent forum /forums, as well as you have take positive step /steps to protect your self by proper legal ways.

This is the matter here only to prove to be false the suicide letter which produced by 2nd wife of deceased then it is your bieden to provide actual handwritten script of deceased and challenging about the matter through your lawyer you may file a petition before ld court to verify the authentication of produced suicide not otherwise you may after challenging leave the burden proof on who produced if you know that he is actually because other evidentiary proof is necessary to prove genuinity of produced suicide note but in first sight you will be accused.
