False Refusal to marry case being filed. What are legal options ?

My friend has been alleged that he made physical relation and he is refusing to marry , but the reality is that he never refused to marry but whenever he proposed to marry, the girl kept quite. She filed a complaint , he got JC for 20 days and now is out on bail. Now she has filed an application for bail cancellation. What will happen now. ?
Once the court has granted bail, unless there are compelling circumstances, bail may not be cancelled. The best bet for your friend is to compromise with girl and understand what is it she wants. IN the event there is compromise or not, police will investigate and accordingly file chargesheet, & trial shall go on. Your friend may need to hire good lawyer, who shall be able to impeach credibility of complainant and prosecution witnesses, so that trial results in acquittal of your friend.
