False promise to marry emotionally forcing for sex what can be done

After leaving and promising for marriage and calling me wifey ,the guy broke long distance relationship and went in 2012, after I settled in Bangalore and knowning kept in contact n emotionally in talk and asking for pics all time. Am broken n honestly loving him felt he will change and come back. Years pass and few talks kept happening where he kept asking for to meet once. In 2016 asked me to meet in hotel after refusing for days he emotionally force to meet him. There in meeting he requested to come to room. And in short after few mins he touching n doing everything ,my mental was damaged as he did so that time cuz I frozed I was not able to move I swear on my mother I frozed n could not move. He did did all. And left me back. He said he still loves me . Thts all. Latter in few months I saw he posted his marriage pic. I am broken and mentally suffering trauma that he did this to me. What should I do. Beg for help.
