False promise of marriage

04-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hello everyone, First of all I am thankful to all those who would be reading my post/query and would be kind enough to comment/reply/advise me regarding it. Well I understand that as per Indian law any guy who promises a girl for marriage and has a consensual s*xual relation under the false promise of marriage can be booked under the section for rape, as the girl is coxed under the promise of marriage and if the guy does not fulfill the promise the girl can file a case against him. If the relation is very good and the girl finds out tht the guy is cheating on her and sleeping with other girls along with her and does not marry her and has used up her money etc for himself again the girl can file a case against the guy for raping her under false promise. Now I would like to know, if in India as it is said tht the law is equal for all, be it rich or poor , male of female does it hold true? Can a guy who has been in a relation with a girl for 6/7 years, spend a lot of money

Yes you have the right to file a case against cheater for rape provided any hotel bill or the relavant documents .you can file a criminal complaint against the person .criterion of poor /rich is not a matter law always protects the needy and poor ones .Again using other persons money for his personal gains should their be some evidence and more over the consensual relationship and cheating are corroborative ones .indeed a criminal case could be filed

Consult and discuss and file a complaint in criminal nature and also book 420 of IPC , by stating with physical relationship with this guy and explain everything in the complaint. Consult and file a suit and get relief.

you will be waiting to call you summon for witness from the appropriate court, and after receiving summon you shall go to court and stating about the real facts of the incident, which was taking place between you and your bf. if you not give properly which you have already told before the police you will going to defeat from the court. you should remind the incident which you have already told the police.
