False information and extortion by parents what can I do

I need to deal with a issue which involves extortion,giving false information to the police ,harrasment posing as a police perso,black magic and cofinement,forcibly taken my possesions,making deals with the police to escape the complaint given to the acp office,they have decided to cover all areas of criminal activity, no response from the police,maybe they react only after mishaps occur,need urgent help on this i have all my paperwork in order, i must tell you they are my parents and siblings please advice,thank you.
You need to file a complaint with Police for this and obtain DD No. From them. The police will not take the complaint in case it is an presumption of some future activity. The law says that the police can only take action if they think that it can cause danger to the society or an individual. Mere presumption of extortion will not help. You can file a written submission with the police for reference of future to make your case strong incase the any problem arises.
