Sir an false FIR under section 384 of IPC was Lodged on 23rd January 2016 at sadar PS Fazilka. I want to get it quashed and lodge counter FIR and a case of compensation against the opponents. Pl guide me about the procedure and estimate expenses for the same
384. Punishment for extortion.—Whoever commits extortion shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
