See for this I first need to see the papers of the property as being claimed by the other party so better would be if you could fix an appointment it would be great and don't worry about it as if you are right then no one can take your rights

Immediately meet some good advocate along with all the documents and discuss your case. You need to discuss the matter in detail.

It seems you are being harrased by police, so send a ccomplaint againt policemen to human right commission and DGP send a copy to SSP of your district as well.

You should move to court by means of filling application for fair and impartial investigation and also pray for investigation by superior officer of rank of dy SP. You may also approach the court for monitoring of the investigation by the court.
The application should be drafted in the light of provisions of crpc as well as various supreme Court judgements.

Sir/ Madam, please avail the proper remedy available. if your father has been false roped in a false case, he may surrender before the court and proclamation issued against him shall be cancelled and as a matter of fact, if the authority is saying to leave the house, please report to higher officials of police for their misdeeds. You can move directly to HON'BLE HIGH COURT assailing the final report and if a case is made out in favour of your father in the court and no case is made out as per the police report, your father may get some remedy.
