False FIR filed against us what can we do
19-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
some miscreants trespassed our site and wanted us to vacant our site how ever we didn't with the help of neighbors.a lady from their side self harmed herself and made a fir on 04/09/2014 and next day we made a counter complaint and a fir was registered againt them.on 01/02/2016 police filled charged sheet for both fir and booked us u/s 323 324 506 for us.can i file quashing of charge sheet in high court or what is the solution
Will have to see the case diary and Chargesheet but as you are specifying it can quashed , howler ever as mentioned case has to be seen in correct prospective , there by better you meet with the documents , most probably it should be quashed ....
