False FIR filed against me do I need to apply for bail?

A false FIR has been filled against me, and after visiting the local PS I have been asked to leave after taking a personal bail from the PS. Do i need to warry about the bail ? And please advise what should I do next.

File a quashing petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. in High Court to dismiss the case.If you like to further ahead then you can file a Defamation Case for Civil and Criminal both against the Complainant.

The query posted by you is too vague and it would be almost impossible for me to give the right advise to you
All that I am advising is based on the half baked information that you have written here . Prima facie it seems that the FIR has been registered under bailable sections and that that is why you have given bail in the police station
Further whether or not you need to take bail from the court can only be ascertained after going through the FIR
